Government told to invest £20 million in flexible learning

The government is being urged to invest £20 million per year over the next five years to develop and support online learning initiatives.

A government task force assigned to study training options to develop the next generation of workers says that flexible, web-based learning is a strong option because it dovetails with our growing reliance on the internet to find information.
