Effects the training has had on the business?

In this particular occasion the ITIL training delivery was complimenting the upgrade of our internal ticketing tool. ITSMF is core to the terminology used throughout the product and this required foundation knowledge of ITIL to ensure that a group understanding of the concepts were in place before we move forward and really take advantage of the new features.


Would you use Practice-IT Training Services again?

Absolutely, the relationship we hold with Practice-IT gives us a flexibility that normal training course arrangements do not offer. They accommodate the fact that training can take out key personnel from performing their day job and work with you to formulate a solution that works for you as a business. In addition to that the quality of training provided and calibre of trainer were excellent.


Would you use Practice-IT Training Services again?

Currently we are working with Practice-IT Training Services to deliver VMWare training to our UK and European technical teams. Practice-IT has tailored a delivery to take place over a weekend. This means we get all of our engineers trained together which results in them not only gaining from the training itself but learning from each other as well. Also training a larger number of individuals collectively is far more cost effective than sending them on offsite training individually.
